Wedding Dress Shipping Methods, Return Policies, & How to Exchange Purchases
Andi B. ships your wedding gown to your front door for a flat fee of $100. Please note we do not currently ship to the following areas:
If you purchase a gown, wedding accessory, or casual wear product and need it shipped there will be a $100 shipping fee applied to your total order.
Shipping Turnaround & Delivery
Your gown will ship within 8-12 weeks of your purchase date. If for any reason your gown should arrive later than 12 weeks, your stylist will be in touch with your tracking code and on hand to answer any questions.
Wedding Dress Shopping Tip: We recommend ordering your gown 8-10 months prior to your wedding date to allow time for alterations.
Did you purchase a gown and need rushed shipping? Rates are below and apply to full inventory gowns only.
- 3 Week Rush Fee: $150 flat rate
- 2 Week Rush Fee: $200 flat rate
- Overnight Rush Fee: $350 flat rate
Returning & Exchanging Your Wedding Dress
We strive for a client experience that makes wedding gown shopping fun and easy. If for some reason you are not happy with any of your Andi B. purchases, please contact your Andi B. Stylist at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your gown.
Custom Wedding Dress Returns
Most Andi B. Bridal wedding dresses are customizable. Because your dress has been designed and tailored to fit your dress size range and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on customized wedding dresses. Each item undergoes high-grade, professional quality control to ensure your wedding gown is made of the finest fabrics and manufacturing standards.
In the unlikely circumstance your dress does not fit you, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Our stylist experts highly recommend trying on your dress as soon as you receive it. Should there be a manufacturing issue, shipping will be covered by Andi B. Bridal. Please note we require photo documentation to honor this policy. You can submit photos to email@example.com.
Wedding Dress Alterations And Alteration Costs
If you have changed sizes for whatever reason, you will not be compensated for alteration costs and are responsible for any alterations and/or returns of your wedding gown. If you need a newly sized gown, please provide updated measurements and images before returning your dress. Any dresses being returned to Andi B. Bridal must be returned in original packaging without stains or wear and tear. Should we find any dress impurities, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the dress.
Exchanging Your Wedding Dress
Adhering to the terms previously mentioned, you may exchange your Andi B. Bridal purchase. For hygiene purposes, this does not apply to:
- Wedding accessories
- Lingerie/relaxed wear
- Beauty items
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. We ask you to contact our Customer Service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange your return. Once confirmed, we must receive your item within 14 days if located in USA or 21 days if located overseas or in Canada. Please note, we do not ship wedding gowns internationally and this applies to the bulleted items above only.
Any exchanged items must be free of markings and in their original, new condition. Any items with markings or stains will not be accepted. All tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can exchange items within our 7-day exchange period. We suggest showering before trying on your gown to avoid contact with moisturizer, deodorant, or makeup. Additionally, please try on your gown on clean, carpeted, or tiled flooring.
Wedding Dress Shopping Tip: Lay out a large white sheet to stand on before the big reveal!
You will not be able to exchange your item until our team has examined it. This quality control process maintains the integrity of all Andi B. Bridal products and ensures future brides will have a pleasant experience. If for any reason your item does not pass quality control, Customer Service will contact you regarding the next steps.
In the event of a manufacturing fault, return shipping will be covered by Andi B. Bridal. Should you change your mind, you will be liable for any additional shipping to return your item and the purchase of the new item.

To protect your health and the health of others, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on purchases of:
- Relaxed wear items
Please contact one of our Stylists (email@example.com) for sizing advice before ordering these items. If for any reason your order is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) with images of the fault to arrange a repair, exchange, or credit note.
Some of our accessories are handmade by carefully selected designers, therefore slight variations between pieces may occur. Each piece should be handled and worn with care, normal wear and tear are not considered a fault. In the event your accessory piece does not fit, please contact your Stylist (email@example.com) for corrections.
Fees for returns based on fit will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the piece. Please ensure you are professionally measured prior to confirming your order.
We do not hand out or sell information submitted on our website. We respect the privacy of our clients and value their trust as we help provide the beautiful wedding they deserve.
