Shipping and Returns
We ship your gown to you for a flat fee of $100 -we do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii. If you purchase a gown, accessory, or casual wear product, this fee will be applied to your purchases.
All purchased gowns include a $100 flat rate for shipping and processing.
Your gown will ship within 8-12 weeks of your purchase date. If for any reason your gown should arrive later than 12 weeks, your stylist will be in touch with your tracking code and on hand to answer any question.
We recommend ordering your gown 8-10 months prior to your wedding date to allow time for alterations.

We strive for a client experience that make wedding gown shopping fun and easy. If for some reason you are not happy with any of your Andi B purchases, please contact your Andi B Stylist at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your gown.
Andi B Gowns
As your dress is custom designed specially for you and has been made to fit your dress size range and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on gowns that have custom modifications. All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. In the unlikely circumstance your dress does not fit you, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
We highly recommend you try your dress on as soon as you receive it. If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, shipping will be covered by Andi B, however, we require photo documentation sent to email@example.com for all manufacturing faults.
If you have changed sizes for whatever reason, alteration costs will not be covered by Andi B. The charges for alterations and/or return of the gown will be charged to the customer. In order to receive a new size of gown, you will need to provide updated measurements and images for our production team before the dress is returned. Any dresses being returned to Andi B must be returned in the original packaging without stains or wear and tear. Should we find stain, wear, or tear we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the dress.
You may exchange your Andi B purchase subject to adherence to these terms. For hygiene purposes, this does not apply to accessories, lingerie/relaxed wear, and beauty.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your garment, accessory, or casual wear. You must contact our Customer Service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange for your item to be returned. Once confirmed, we must receive your item within 14 days if located in USA or 21 days if located overseas or in Canada.
Items must be in original condition free of makeup, marks and stains, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can exchange items within our specified time-frame. Please try on the gown after a shower to avoid contact with moisturizer, deodorant or makeup. Additionally, please try on your gown on clean, carpeted or tiled flooring. (some brides lay out a large white sheet to stand on for their big reveal day!)
All items will undergo further quality control upon return. Exchanges are only available after the items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass QC, Customer Service will contact you with your options.
In the event of a manufacturing fault, return shipping will be paid by Andi B. However, in the event of a change of mind, you will be liable for any additional shipping to return your item and the purchase of the new.
Lingerie/Relaxed Wear & Jewelery
To protect your health and the health of others, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on purchases of underwear, bodysuits, relaxed wear items, robes, and accessories. Please contact one of our Stylists (email@example.com) for sizing advice before ordering these items. If for any reason your order is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) with images of the fault to arrange a repair, exchange, or credit note.
Some of our accessories are handmade by carefully selected designers, therefore slight variations between pieces may occur. Each piece should be handled and worn with care, normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. In the event your accessory piece does not fit, please contact your Stylist (email@example.com) for corrections. Fees for returns based on fit will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the piece. Please ensure you are professionally measured prior to confirming your order.
If you have any concerns upon receiving your gown, please contact your Andi B Stylist (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving your gown and our team will access your unique situation. Unfortunately, if your measurements change from what you confirm with your Stylist upon order date, you will be liable for any alteration fees incurred. Your gown will be created for the size range and height you submit and confirm on order date, this means there will likely be alterations necessary to ensure an absolutely perfect fit for YOU. Contact your Stylist with any questions on alterations and options for your gown. Something as simple as removing crinoline can make a huge difference!
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact your Stylist. Upon assessment from our team, if a manufacturing fault is found, all costs will be paid by Andi B including shipping. If you decide not to send your dress back to Andi B for any reason, Andi B will no longer be liable.
